Charleston has no lack of gorgeous locations for an outdoor ceremony. As a wedding photographer, the first thing we look for in a location or at a venue is beautiful light, and that factors in to all the rest of our decisions. The best warm glowy light can occur in the simplest locations like an open field at sunset. The Woodlands Nature Reserve had many wonderful locations to choose from, but our favorite on Kayleigh and Matt’s wedding day, was this open field just before sunset with that wonderful natural glow.
