Eric and Katie said their vows and proclaimed their love for each other on a perfect Charleston afternoon in front of family and friends gathered underneath a beautiful live oak at Alhambra Hall in Mount Pleasant, SC. This day had finally come after postponing their original date due to Covid, and everyone was there to celebrate. Their sweet ceremony was followed by a fun cocktail hour and lively reception. In the heart of historic Old Village Mount Pleasant, lies a perfect blank canvas for a gorgeous outdoor ceremony/indoor reception combination. The ceremony is typically set up under a huge live oak tree. The guests enjoy wonderful afternoon shade with gentle breezes from the water. The historic building, which was once a ferry terminal, has beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and also includes both a bride and a groom suite downstairs.
